NY Times Wordle Hint 562

While you guys are getting over with your new year celebrations, we’ve already solved Wordle of the day and here we are with the Wordle NY Times Wordle Hint 562.

Today’s Wordle was a close call for me as I was only able to finally solve it on the very last attempt.

The reason was simple. Acting casually, I did some blunders which led me to waste 1-2 attempts as I tried a couple of words that were clearly against common sense as most of the words were not present in the previous attempts.

Seems like I need to re-read my own set of Best Wordle Strategies again to solve Wordle one or two attempts earlier.

Anyways, before getting started on the NY Times Wordle hints as part of our daily ritual, let me set this straight. If you don’t want to ruin your game with spoilers then this article is not for you as it contains the solution to today’s Wordle puzzle.

Once we’ve got that out of our way, let’s jump right to the hints.

Wordle Hint 562

So here are a few hints without revealing the actual solution. See if you can solve the puzzle using these hints. If not then I’ll share the answer in the end.

  • First: It contains only 1 vowel.
  • Second: The word does not contain any of the first 8 English letters. Yup, that’s an interesting hint.
  • Third: Four of the top 8 most-used English letters are in this word. That hint is surely going to solve it. Right?
  • Fourth: Again, just like the previous NY Times Wordle hints given on this blog so far, there are no repeat letters in the word.
  • Fifth: It rhymes with FLIRT. I’d be surprised if you couldn’t solve it after this hint.

Final Warning: Spoiler Ahead!

Although the above hints are explicit to some extent but still if you’re not able to figure it out then after the final warning I’m going to give away the word.

The answer to Wordle Today is…

Although, it was a simple word since it does not have many vowels nor the first 8 English letters in it, was quite interesting to guess.

Anyways, as I told you that I was able to solve it on the final attempt and the reason is the third attempt when I used the word, HABIT despite the first two attempts clearly telling me that A and B are not in the word.

How did it go for you? How many attempts did you take today? And most importantly, how was your new year’s eve?
