Wordle Today was a difficult one. No second question about that. To make it more difficult, it does not have popular alphabets as only 2 out of 5 letters used in this word rank among the top 10 most-used English letters. So you will have some difficulty cracking it but hey, this is where the actual fun lies. Right?
I solved it in 5 attempts but it took me a whole lot of thinking to finally figure out the correct word. I hope you’ll do much better than me.

First Hint: The starting letter is S
Second Hint: Although there is only 1 vowel but there’s another consonant that will be considered as a vowel in today’s case. Just like Wordle 647 – published on March 28, 2023.
However, RANGE didn’t give me any meaningful result as it came back without any single yellow or green block.
2nd Word – ITCHY
Given the result of the first attempt, I had to rethink all the letters that I had to use in this attempt and since the popular vowels like A and E were already ruled out, I had to think of a word that had I, O or U.
Frankly speaking, I couldn’t think of any word that had these letters coming together without the letters already ruled out in the first attempt. Therefore, I resorted a word that starts with I and had no other vowel. So the second word that I used was ITCHY.
ITCHY gave me the letter Y on its exact position (5th) by showing it in a green block. Other than that, I had no success whatsoever.
3rd Word – BLOWY
Since I knew the last letter, my third word, BLOWY was conceived keeping in view this information. Again, this didn’t prove to be much success as it only gave me one letter (L) in a yellow block on the 2nd spot.
4th Word – FULLY
For my fourth attempt, I tried FULLY as this was the only word that I could think after looking at all the letters that I had already tried but failed. FULLY gave me quite a valuable information by giving me two additional green blocks on the 2nd and 3rd spots with the letters U and L respectively.
5th Word – SULKY
For my 5th attempt, I was thinking of using PULPY first but I decided otherwise and went for SULKY. This proved to be the best decision as it solved the entire puzzle for me and that’s how I solved the Wordle Of The Day.
