If you’ve stumbled here looking for hints for Wordle of the day #577 then here’s good news for you. I’ve managed to crack today’s Wordle in just 3 attempts and less than even 2 minutes.
The key, of course, was the opening word which although didn’t unlock too many words but still gave me a sure-shot letter at the very first spot. The rest was to figure out the right vowels which I did on the second attempt and finally, the third attempt was a success.
To be honest, the final third attempt was at best an educated guess and I gave a shot to the very first word that came to my mind looking at the letters already used in the previous attempts. Even though I wasn’t sure if it was the correct word but seems like there aren’t many words with the combination that you’ll see below.

Before giving you away the solution to today’s Wordle, let me share some hints and tips, and let’s see if you can solve it using just the hints.

As you can see that the very first word showed me that whatever the word is, it has A as the opening letter. In my experience, once you know the letter at the first spot, almost half of the job is done as the list narrows down a lot.
For me, the second attempt proved to be even handier as it showed me that today’s puzzle does contain O and P but at different positions.
So looking at the words that I already used in the previous attempts the only word that rang the bell for me was ADOPT and voila, this was indeed the correct word.
